I received a sample size of the Farmacy Honey Drop Lightweight Moisturizer with Echinacea GreenEnvy from Sephora. But I didn’t want to do a review about this moisturizer until I purchase the full-size product. Personally, there are times when I get really hyped up after using a sample size product which lead me to get the full-size version. However, I don’t always get the same effect when using the full-size product like I do with the sample size. Luckily, I received the same reaction when using the full size of the Honey Drop Lightweight Moisturizer like I did with its sample size.

I really like how light the scent is; even though honey is more of a sweeter scent, this product did not have that nauseating sweet scent to it. This cream is so light that when applied it glides on so effortlessly on my skin. Also, it really sank into the skin very quickly. This moisturizer does a good job in hydrating my skin without causing my skin to feel greasy.  I have combination skin. Since I am using this product, my face appears more smooth, soft, healthy and glowing. The Honey Drop Lightweight moisturizer has a watery and silky smooth consistency. The is a moisturizer that can be worn anytime. However, I prefer to incorporate it in my morning skincare routine. It worked well as a wonderful hydrating primer and does an amazing role in prepping my skin for makeup based application.

This moisturizer is definitely more on the pricey side, CAN $58. Because how amazing I found this moisturizer was, I had to purchase its full-size. In my opinion, this is one of those moisturizers that can be worn in all seasons. It contains Hyaluronic Triple Acid Complex and natural ingredients such as honey extract, royal jelly extract, Cupuaçu Butter Beads etc to help boost the extra hydration needed. It also supports firmness and elasticity. An important detail about this cream, it doesn’t contain dimethicone. When I use products that have dimethicone, I tend to get more blackheads.

I must spend sometime writing about the wonderful package it comes in. The company’s product team really put a lot of thought in the design of the package. The box has honeycomb pattern design on it. Also, it comes with a magnetic spatula to dip out the cream. This is nice for those who have hygienic concerns.
